Vivek Hegde(CS,CMA), Founder
Vivek is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). In 2009, he founded his own firm, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his profession. For eight years, he has served ICSI as an elected member of the Managing Committee of the Bengaluru Chapter of Southern India Regional Council (SIRC). Additionally, he has made significant contributions as a member of various sub-committees within the Bengaluru Chapter of SIRC. He held the distinguished position of Chairman of the Bengaluru Chapter of SIRC of ICSI for 2020-21. Furthermore, his expertise has been recognized on a broader scale, as evidenced by his membership in the “Expert Group of ICSI Best Secretarial Audit Awards” and his role on the “Editorial Advisory Board of the institute’s prestigious ‘Chartered Secretary’ journal” for the years 2021 and 2022. He was also part of the Working Group constituted by ICSI for drafting Guidance Notes on Related Party Transactions and Borrowings, Loans and Investments.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise, he regularly serves as a faculty
member for various programs conducted by the Bengaluru Chapter of SIRC, including MSOP(Management Skills Orientation Program), EDP (Executive Development Program), and other seminars for both Members and Students of ICSI. His commitment to knowledge sharing extends beyond ICSI, as he has been invited to speak at numerous events organized by the Bengaluru Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With his extensive experience and dedication to professional development, he continues to be a respected and influential figure in the Company Secretary and Management Accounting community.

Chandrika Rao, Consultant
She is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a qualified Registered Valuer (IBBI) – Securities & Financial Assets. She has done a Master’s in Business Management from IGNOU and is a Certified CSR Professional (ICSI). She has industrial experience in Finance for more than 12 years and currently working on secretarial matters i.e., company incorporation, post-incorporation services, assistance in conducting Board & shareholders meetings, maintenance of registers, filings with ROC, FEMA compliance and business valuations.
Chandrika spends time painting, drawing, cooking and reading self-development books when she is not devoted to a computer screen. She is from Davangere District, Karnataka.
